If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. 1. 7-Day Return Window • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact. 2. Easy Return Process • Step 1: Log in to your account on andykart.com, go to 'My Orders', and click 'Return Item'. • Step 2: Select the reason for return and choose your preferred refund method. • Step 3: Pack the item securely. Our delivery partner will pick it up from your doorstep within 2-3 business days. 3. Refunds • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) or as andykart Wallet credits. • Refund processing takes 7 working days depending on your bank. • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank details during the return request. 4. Non-Returnable Items • Innerwear, cosmetics, personalized items, discounting item and clearance sale products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. 5.
